What to Expect

Your initial consultation with us lasts 75 minutes and sets the pace for everything that follows. We devote the first half-hour to an investigative dialogue, looking beyond your immediate discomfort to discern its source. The remaining time is spent soothing that pressing matter at hand, whilst observing how well your body responds and adapts.

This combined snapshot allows us to offer a realistic outlook for your progress and map out the way forward. Whether you require a single visit for a recent obstruction, or a succession of appointments for a more ingrained issue, remains entirely individual. Yet, irrespective of the background, a distinct difference is usually felt after the first session; it then becomes a matter of establishing a lasting change.
 
Should you have struggled with a discomfort for months or years, a periodic follow-up is to be expected. This is by no means a new programme, but a check-up—merely to ensure the system remains in its proper gear and maintains its hard-won momentum.

Fees & Payment

At present, we are only able to accept cash payments at the clinic.
 
Payment is kindly settled following each individual session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

In the event of a non-attendance, the full fee for the reserved session will be charged.
 
For cancellations or requests to reschedule made within 24 hours of your appointment, half the session fee will be applied.
 
Any cancellation or change to your scheduled appointment must be communicated to the clinic via telephone, WhatsApp, or email.

Health Insurance

Many clients are able to have their acupuncture sessions covered through international health insurance, private policies, or employer-funded healthcare schemes.
 
We recommend contacting your employer or insurance provider beforehand to ascertain your options regarding the coverage of fees for your appointments with us.

 

Sygeforsikringen ”danmark”

The Danish health insurance association, Sygeforsikringen ”danmark”, provides coverage for acupuncture sessions conducted by an RAB-registered practitioner.

Please note the geographical restrictions:
As ”danmark” strictly requires the service to take place physically within Denmark to qualify for a subsidy, only our sessions conducted on Danish soil, are eligible for reimbursement. Consequently, regular appointments at our Spanish clinic are not covered by this scheme.

When attending a session with us in Denmark, we will gladly manage the electronic reporting on your behalf, provided you hold an active membership. Please feel free to inquire about the current rates and options read more here.
